Hardscape Field Manager (Raleigh Landscape Design Firm)

As the Hardscape Field Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing, training, and motivating the work of a 2 to 4 member crew.
• Hands-on work required with crew members to complete projects in budget.
• Operation of a variety of landscape construction equipment such as:
• skid Loader
• small track machine
• chopsaw/grinder
• compactor, etc.
• Coordinating with Project Manager on new projects to determine scope of work, equipment and material needs.
• Ability to read blueprints and landscape plans and complete layout of project and installation.
• Understand and adhere to project budget of hours and materials.
• Co-ordinating with mechanic to maintain equipment, trucks, and trailers

Ideal Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years installation experience in Landscape Construction/Hardscape working with natural stone and concrete to create patios, walls, and outdoor kitchen areas
• Must have valid driver’s license and able to drive under company insurance
• Degree in Landscape or Construction Field and ability to speak Spanish a plus.
