Landscape Designer

We are seeking someone who can create beautiful 3D renderings and designs of high end landscapes. This is an integral part of our company and is quickly growing. The candidate selected will play a key part in the success of the construction of beautiful and thoughtful outdoor spaces by working with our clients directly… In addition, this person will help coordinate design & construction projects across the company, with administrative support as needed.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• Has enough professional landscape design experience that they don’t wonder if they have enough experience to apply
• Gets upset when excuses are given
• Eats horticulture and hardscape designs like a college student eats ramen
• Gets stuff DONE!
• Doesn’t allow “bright and shiny” to distract them
• Sets a goal then takes action to conquer it!
• Multi-tasks so well that plate spinners look on with awe
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something done
• Knows who Frederick Law Olmsted is
• Believes in having fun
• Is always learning, growing, and being stretched
• Desires to be a part of something larger than themselves
• Knows all the hot keys in Autodesk AutoCAD
• Can hand sketch - and those sketches are not stick figures
• Is able to use Jedi mind tricks so AutoCAD + Rhino3d + Luminon produce beautiful plans / renders!
• Is a naturally gifted communicator
• Works hard but also like to have F.U.N. while getting things done!
