Landscape Maintenance Field Manager

As the Maintenance Field Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Speak professionally with clients
• Training your crew members
• Mowing, pruning operations, weed control (use of chemicals and hand-pulling)
• Trash pick-up, leaf removal, turf spraying applications, aeration and over seeding
• Maintaining a clean truck
• Ensuring all members of the team adhere to established safety standards.

Ideal qualifications and skills include:

• Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Required)
• Driving truck & trailer: 1 year (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and able to drive under company insurance
• Prior experience as a crew leader
• Ability to perform correct horticultural techniques
• Strong communication skills, ability to teach
• Willingness to learn
• Degree in horticulture and/or business is a plus.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $16-25 per hour
• Health insurance supplement offered after 90 days
• Paid vacation and paid holidays after 90 days
