The clients already had a porch that they liked. Our challenge was to amplify its charm while integrating it into the new design.
To ensure a seamless blend with the transformed backyard, we replaced the previous porch tiles with elegant travertine ones, aligning them aesthetically with the expanded patio.
The pièce de résistance was the innovative double-sided fireplace.
Its intelligent design allows for cozy evenings on colder days. And when the weather's warmer, the back panel can be removed to create a charming fireside experience near the spa.
Ground-Level Patio: A Strategic Change of Plans
