Effective Date: June 01, 2023
These Terms and Conditions govern the Currin Outdoor Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to any person who refers a new client to Currin Outdoor who becomes a New Currin Customer as noted below.
2. Program Participation
Participants can join the Program by referring friends, family, or colleagues to Currin Outdoor for landscape services. The referred client must mention the referring person’s name when first contacting Currin Outdoor.
3. Referral Reward
A $500 reward will be given to the referring person for each new client referral that results in a completed project valued at $20,000 or more (a “New Currin Customer”). If the completed project is valued at less than $20,000, a $100 reward will be given. The reward will be issued in the form of a Visa gift card.
4. Reward Delivery
Upon completion of the referred client's project, Currin Outdoor will send the reward to the referring person within 30 days.
5. General Terms
Currin Outdoor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to disqualify any participant at our sole discretion.
6. Disputes
This Program and all related dealings shall be construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. The courts of Wake County, North Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes as to the terms of this Agreement.
