Explore the Oakland Drive project in Raleigh, featuring a raised pool, marble tile deck, terraced landscaping, and modern outdoor spaces.

We engineered the back deck to allow marble tile that matched the aesthetic of their home and provided a cool surface to walk around their relaxing new pool. A distinct pool was created by being raised 15 feet, matching the level of the master bedroom. This design offered our clients a relaxing space made just for them.

This project was designed to complement the bold architecture of the home with a modern, natural landscape that supports both everyday living and hosting. The homeowners placed a strong emphasis on entertaining family and friends, so close coordination with the home’s architect and designer was essential. The front courtyard was thoughtfully designed to accommodate convenient parking, while a terraced front yard transformed challenging grading into a welcoming pathway leading to the front door.

In the backyard, we engineered the deck to support marble tile that reflects the home’s aesthetic while providing a cool, comfortable surface around the pool. The pool itself was raised fifteen feet to align with the level of the primary bedroom, creating a private and relaxing retreat designed specifically for the homeowners. The result is a cohesive outdoor environment where architecture, landscape, and function work together seamlessly.
