Through extensive design, engineering, and coordination, we were able to redesign and relocate the septic system, implement permeable hardscape solutions, and incorporate a rain garden to manage stormwater. These efforts allowed for the addition of a custom pool and more than three thousand square feet of outdoor living space. The finished design includes a pool with a centrally located fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, sauna, pergola with a rain curtain, integrated lighting, and a multi zone sound system. While the process took time and patience, the result is a highly customized outdoor environment that reflects both creative problem solving and thoughtful design.
